Supporting Teachers

A key challenge facing education systems in Kenya is understaffing of teachers - which is in part driven by inadequate salaries. Recognising teacher’s pivotal role in shaping the future, HSK proudly works alongside dedicated teachers, ensuring they have the support and resources they need to excel and create an enriching learning environment.

As part of our commitment to transforming education, HSK also contributes financially to the salaries of select teachers. This approach helps enable a consistent and stable learning environment for students.
